Tribe salon charges a 50% cancellation fee for any no-shows (no call/text of any kind to the salon or stylist prior to appt) or cancellations with in 48 hours of the scheduled appointment. This is because it is extremely difficult if not impossible to fill that alotted time set aside just for you, and unfortunately this happens more than we can comfortably plan for.
